Meet Our Executive Chef

JAMES STEPHENSON

Chef James Stephenson started his career in Stratford-upon-Avon, England working at iconic hotels and restaurants such as the Queens Moat House, Alveston Manor and Lambs of Sheep Street. James obtained his culinary management degree from the Birmingham College of Food, Tourism & Creative Studies before immigrating to Canada in 2007. James has run kitchens at some of BC and Alberta’s top resorts such as Emerald Lake Lodge, Chateau Lake Louise and Long Beach Lodge before relocating to Ontario to work at Langdon Hall and finding his true hospitality family with us here at Catch.

Enjoy an intimate table for two, reserve our enclosed private room or book our entire restaurant for your event. Elegant patio dining is also available when weather permits.
